Accademia HModa was founded in 2020 with the aim of accompanying the new generations on a professionalising training pathway, through the transmission of the know-how acquired by the people of HModa companies over years of experience in the haute couture clothing production sector.

TRAINING PATHS
- Technical in Made in Italy product: Developing the practical and artisanal aspects in the world of High Fashion production.
- Technical in product and process industrialization: Developing the technical-organizational aspect and the elaboration of the product-process in the world of High Fashion production.
WHO IS IT FOR?
- Young graduates under 25 years old, passionate and talented, eager to learn the crafts of High Fashion production by collaborating with the most renowned Italian and international luxury brands.
START OF THE COURSE
- The dual path begins every year in September; selections take place in May and conclude in June/July.
The training course is provided free of charge for participants.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Online interview with the employment agency and subsequently an in-person interview with the HModa project coordinator.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Total duration of the course: 12 months, including:
- 120 hours of classroom lessons
- 280 hours of didactic workshops
- 2 months of “training on the job”
- 6 months of regular work
COMPENSATION
- Directly proportional to the growth of professional skills, up to 70% of the ordinary remuneration related to the role performed during the year.
CONCLUSION OF THE COURSE
- In September of the following year, at the beginning of the course, students will have to demonstrate what they have learned through a final exam (written and practical) that will be evaluated by a committee of internal and external personnel to the company.
Upon passing the exam, an IFTS Diploma will be awarded, and for the most deserving, an opportunity to continue training within the company will be offered.

WHO IS IT FOR?
- Anyone interested in embarking on a professional integration path within one of the Group’s companies and not holding other jobs or studies at the time of application.
START OF THE PROGRAM
- The program will be activated during the year by the Group’s companies.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Interview with the manager of the referring company.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Total duration of the program: 5 months, including:
- 250 hours of classroom lessons
- 3 months of regular work
COMPENSATION
- The compensation months are recognized economically in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) related to the performed role.
CONCLUSION OF THE PROGRAM
- At the end of the program, the company and the new hire can decide whether to continue the professional relationship.
Accademia HModa training network
Accademia HModa, with its own network of courses, offers specialised vocational training in the Marche, Veneto and Tuscany regions, designed to meet the needs of the market and make the job placement easier.
With our targeted and practical projects, we prepare young talents to face the challenges of the working world with competence and confidence.
The Ente Formativo Calzaturiero delle Marche is a new section of Accademia HModa dedicated to advanced training in the footwear sector, proposed in collaboration with Valmor (a footwear manufacturer in the Marche region of the HModa Group), and sponsored by the Marche Region.
The EFC offers intensive and extensive training courses from beginner to advanced level, aimed at motivated young people and people of all ages who have a particular sensitivity towards high-level craftsmanship.
Districts Academy is the new Veneto-based professional training centre that combines the experience of Accademia HModa with that of Districts, the HModa Group’s sportswear district.
With the aim of training workers in the manufacture of sportswear garments for major luxury brands, the project actively involves two of Districts’ main companies, RBS and Project, one specialising in outerwear and the other in denim garments.

CRAFT-MI is a training project for future pattern and prototype makers specialised in the fashion and luxury sector.
Characterised by laboratory teaching with a ‘learning by doing’ approach, the project is promoted by MITA Academy, Accademia HModa, PIN and Beste.
A synergy that aims to instil in students the culture of Made in Italy, with the dual objective of preserving the superiority of Italian manufacturing in the fashion sector and responding productively to the needs of international luxury brands.

Our projects are designed to guide young people step by step, helping them to explore their inclinations, discover the professions best suited to them and prepare them for entering the world of work. With the support of experts in the field and a customised pathway, we help them to make informed choices, focusing on developing their skills and connecting directly with the needs of companies.
Storie di Futuro project, born from the collaboration of HModa, Accademia HModa and La Fabbrica, aims to orientate secondary school students towards studying at fashion-oriented high schools, helping them discover the world of Made in Italy fashion and its opportunities.
The Bee a maker project, signed HModa, is dedicated to young boys and girls who are finishing their studies at high schools and wish to enter the professional fashion industry.
The companies that are part of the HModa group open their doors: a concrete and involving experience in the professional world, a unique opportunity to touch and see live production for the biggest international luxury brands and discover the trades and skills most in demand in the fashion world.
