The Hive
The HIVE is the symbol of HModa. It is the synthesis of the values in which we believe and which make us strong.
The Hive is a community of bees, a virtuous model of cooperation and connection unparalleled in nature, where each element plays a specific role, contributing to the harmonious functioning of the entire community.
Each hive is composed of cells that together make up an organised, solid and functional structure in which bees work collectively for the common good.
Each bee plays a specific role in the overall organisation of the hive and, at the same time, depends on the others for the colony’s survival: this generates a vital interconnection between the bees, which makes the individual important in relation to the others.
Like the beehive, HModa’s structure is strong and solid, as are its relationships with customers, stakeholders and the People who are part of it.
Like bees, in HModa we act together according to values of efficiency, sustainability and collaboration towards the achievement of common goals.

HModa and its companies have chosen to support Beeing in its “Bee the Change” project by adopting beehives run by selected beekeepers committed to protecting the ecosystem and the health of bees.
In the Autumn of 2024, HModa joined the “Bee the Change” project in partnership with Beeing, a Faenza-based start-up that has been supporting a network of beekeepers throughout Italy for years.
Thanks to this partnership, HModa has adopted 13 hives located in different regions of the country, actively contributing to the preservation of bees and the protection of biodiversity.
The adoption of these hives reaffirms HModa’s commitment to a sustainable future, and the values that underpin its work: collaboration, efficiency and determination to achieve shared goals.
