HModa's strategic structure is divided into four business units,
for an increasingly shared and integrated governance among the Group's 18 companies.
The proposed organizational structure centralizes the core business of all companies according to the area they belong to, defining the strategic Business Units: Apparel , Footwear, Leather goods and Fabric.
