CROCODILE HOODIE

After the creation of a paper pattern, a 3D rendering allows to process the file of the embroidery and the subsequent printing. Individual scales are placed on each piece of material in order to recreate the distinctive appearance of crocodile skin. After the leather has been cut, following the indications obtained from the 3D simulation, PuntoArt proceeds to embroider the individual scales which are then laser-crafted. The back embroidery, totally shielded and prepared for printing, is personalized with the “26” by Seriscreen. The individual pieces embroidered and printed, are carefully assembled by Alex&Co. who carefully works to match the pieces to the millimetre to achieve the desired effect.
