QUILTED BOMBER JACKET

A paper pattern is created and then a 3D rendering process is used to produce the quilting effect, establishing the design, the dimensions and in particular the positioning inside every single piece, in order to obtained the desired results in the finished garment. After cutting the suede, the 3D rendering is used to draw up sewing instruction and then each piece is joined by PuntoArt with machine embroidery that joins the suede goat leather to a silk and graphene padding. The individual pieces are carefully assembled by Alex&Co. and all of the individual parts of the quilting are meticulously matched together in accordance with the design.
