QUILTED DRESS

After a paper pattern has been created, a 3D rendering allows to preview and produce the file for the positioning of the quilting. The pieces of material required for the garment are cut, and each piece is after machine embroidered in three layers by PuntoArt: two outer layers of extremely light, double twisted pure shappe silk jersey by Beste and a silk and graphene inner padding. Uno Maglia meticulously assembles the individual pieces to make the dresses, painstakingly ensuring that everything matches up right down to the last millimeter, in order to produce the desired effects.
